While the Prophet ﷺ was giving a khutbah, Hasan and Husayn RA came in from Fatima RA's house wearing long red thobes, tripped over the garments and each other, and fell in the masjid. The Prophet ﷺ stopped the khutbah, went to them, and carried them both.
The Prophet ﷺ used the moment to recite Qur'an 64:15 on wealth and children being a test, explaining he could not be patient watching his grandsons trip without going to them.
