In the Name of God, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. From Muhammad ﷺ the Messenger of God to Kisra the King of Persia. Peace be upon him who follows true guidance, who believes in God and His Messenger, and testifies that there is none worthy of worship except God alone with no associate, and that Muhammad ﷺ is His slave and Messenger. I invite you to accept the religion and call of God. I am the Messenger of God sent to all people in order that I may infuse fear of God in every living person, and that the charge may be proved against those who reject the Truth. Accept Islam as your religion so that you may live in security. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the sins of the Majus.
He tore up my letter; Allah will tear his kingdom up every tearing.
Said after word reached the Prophet ﷺ that Khosrow had mocked the letter delivered by Abdullah ibn Hudhafah al-Sahmi and torn it up in front of him.
