Abdullah ibn Ja'far RA

Abdullah ibn Ja'far RA was the elder son of Ja'far ibn Abi Talib RA and Asma bint Umays RA, and a nephew of Ali RA. He was about six or seven when his father was martyred at Mu'tah in 8 AH, and the Prophet ﷺ came to comfort the family, said Abdullah resembled him in looks and manners, and promised to look after the orphans in this world and the next. He narrated the hadith of the camel that complained to the Prophet ﷺ of its mistreatment.
