Asma bint Abi Bakr RA

Asma bint Abi Bakr RA was the eldest child of Abu Bakr al-Siddiq RA, Aisha RA's elder half-sister, and the wife of al-Zubayr ibn al-Awwam RA, mother of Urwah. She is known as Dhat al-Nitaqayn, "She of the Two Belts," because she tore her belt in two to tie the provisions of the Prophet ﷺ and her father on the Hijrah. When her blind grandfather Abu Quhafah complained that Abu Bakr had left them nothing, she fooled him with a bag of pebbles. She later emigrated to Madinah, and after the Conquest of Makkah she led Abu Quhafah to the Prophet ﷺ to accept Islam. As a child she had seen Zayd ibn Amr ibn Nufayl rebuking the Quraysh.
