Zaynab bint Khuzayma (Umm al-Masakin), a wife of the Prophet ﷺ, belonged to Banu Hilal of Najd rather than the Quraysh.
Zaynab bint Khuzayma al-Hilaliyah, known before Islam as Umm al-Masakin for her care of the poor and orphans, was widowed when her husband Ubaydah ibn al-Harith died of wounds sustained in the mubaraza duel at Badr. The Prophet ﷺ married her, probably around the 3rd year of the Hijrah.
