Zaynab RA

Zaynab RA was a daughter of Umm Salama RA. She was originally named Barrah, meaning "the righteous one" or "the very pious woman." The Prophet ﷺ disliked names that praised their bearer's own piety or carried a sense of pride, and he changed such names to something good but not boastful. He renamed her Zaynab.
