Murrah ibn Ka'b was an ancestor of the Prophet ﷺ, the son of Ka'b ibn Lu'ayy and father of Kilab, within the agreed line to Adnan. When the Prophet ﷺ first warned the Quraysh publicly, he called out to "Banu Murrah ibn Ka'b" among the clans descended from him.
