Awf ibn al-Harith RA

Awf ibn al-Harith RA, also known as Awf ibn Afra' after his pious mother, was a young man of the Ansar and brother of Muawwidh RA. At Badr in 2 AH he was one of the three young Ansar who first answered the Quraysh challenge to single combat and were turned down, and he and his brother were both martyred in the battle.
