Amid a number of small skirmishes following the apparent loss at Uhud, the Prophet ﷺ sent 150 Muslims to attack and conquer the small tribe of Banu Asad, led by their chieftain Tulayha al-Asadi.
Tulayha al-Asadi later proclaimed prophethood after the Prophet ﷺ's death, becoming one of the thirty dajjals of early Islamic history.
