Surah Al-Ahzab · 33:13

“"And when a faction of them said, 'O people of Yathrib, there is no stability for you [here], so return [home]'" [Quran, 33:13]. The munafiqun still called the city Yathrib even after the Prophet PBUH had changed its name, because they didn't like the name Madinah.”
