زيد بن أرقم
Zayd ibn Arqam RA was a young Companion of the Ansar raised as an orphan by Abdullah ibn Rawahah RA. Turned back as underage at Uhud, he was a boy on the expedition of al-Muraysi' in 5 AH when he overheard Abdullah ibn Ubayy say the honourable would drive out the lowly, and reported it; Ibn Ubayy denied it until Surah al-Munafiqun confirmed Zayd's words. He rode behind Ibn Rawahah on the march to Mu'tah, where his guardian was martyred as he had foretold. He narrated that the Prophet ﷺ took part in nineteen expeditions and performed Hajj once.
