The wife of Umayyah ibn Khalaf, Umm Safwan, is not otherwise named in the sources. When Sa'd ibn Mu'adh RA warned Umayyah that the Prophet ﷺ had said he would kill him, she said that Muhammad ﷺ never tells a lie. When Abu Jahl talked Umayyah into marching to Badr in 2 AH, she reminded him of that warning; he said he meant to go only a short way, but he was killed there.
