Umm Ma'bad RA

Umm Ma'bad RA was an elderly, very poor Bedouin woman whose tent the Prophet ﷺ and Abu Bakr RA visited during the Hijrah, one of the two clearly authentic incidents on the road to Madinah. When they asked to buy food, she had nothing, but the Prophet ﷺ milked her old dry goat by Allah's leave and left milk for her household. Her description of him to her husband is one of the few descriptions of the Prophet ﷺ's appearance by a woman. Realizing he was the man the Quraysh were hunting, she and her husband accepted Islam.
