Al-Hakam ibn Hazn RA was a man of Banu Kulf who saw the Prophet ﷺ only once, as one of a delegation of about nine in the Year of Delegations, who asked for his prayers and were hosted for several days. He heard the Prophet ﷺ's Friday sermon, leaning on a staff or bow, teaching that people cannot do all they are commanded and should come as close as they can.
