أبو ذر الغفاري
Abu Dharr al-Ghifari RA was a Companion and prolific narrator of hadith, known for his outspokenness and complete detachment from wealth. He lived among the People of the Suffah in Madinah, and many hadiths come through his questions to the Prophet ﷺ, who warned him that he was too weak for public office. When his camel failed on the way to Tabuk, he walked after the army carrying his load, and the Prophet ﷺ said he would walk alone, die alone and be raised alone. After the Prophet ﷺ's death his strict criticism of wealth led Uthman RA to ask him to leave Madinah, and he died in the desert, where passing Companions including Ibn Mas'ud RA buried him.
