هُوَ الَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ الْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنشِئُ السَّحَابَ الثِّقَالَ
“He is the One Who shows you lightning, inspiring [you with] hope and fear, and produces heavy clouds.”
It is said (hedged as "it is said") that this passage refers to Arbad ibn Qays' death by lightning.
