Zahir ibn Haram RA

Zahir ibn Haram RA was a young, humble Companion whom the Prophet ﷺ loved dearly. In a story in Jami' al-Tirmidhi, the Prophet ﷺ embraced him from behind in the marketplace and joked, "Who will buy this slave from me?", and when Zahir said he would fetch a poor price, the Prophet ﷺ told him he was very precious in the eyes of Allah.
