An Unnamed Young Ansari Girl RA

This unnamed girl of the Ansar was the youngest of the Ansari women who went with the Prophet ﷺ to Khaybar in 7 AH to help the wounded. Riding behind the Prophet ﷺ, she began her first menstrual cycle and was too frightened to dismount, and he gently told her how to clean herself. After the campaign he placed a necklace around her neck himself, and she vowed never to part with it, even in the grave.
