Khur Khasra was one of the two trusted emissaries whom Badhan, the Persian governor toward Yemen, sent to Madinah on Khosrow's orders, carrying a letter as a ruse to gather information on the Prophet ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ told them that his Lord had killed their lord, and when they found it true, they accepted Islam.
