العِرْبَاضُ بن سارية
Irbad ibn Sariya RA was one of the later Muhajirun and among the Bakka'un, "the Weepers," the handful of Companions who longed to march to Tabuk in 9 AH but for whom no mounts could be found. They turned away in tears, and the Qur'an records them [9:92].

وَلَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا مَآ أَتَوْكَ لِتَحْمِلَهُمْ قُلْتَ لَآ أَجِدُ مَآ أَحْمِلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ تَوَلَّوا۟ وَّأَعْيُنُهُمْ تَفِيضُ مِنَ ٱلدَّمْعِ حَزَنًا أَلَّا يَجِدُوا۟ مَا يُنفِقُونَ
“Nor [is there any blame on] those who came to you [O Prophet] for mounts, then when you said, 'I can find no mounts for you,' they left with eyes overflowing with tears out of grief that they had nothing to contribute.”
