Ibn Kharrash was apparently a rabbi of Banu Qurayza who died before the Prophet ﷺ came, having foretold his coming. As Ka'b ibn Asad was led to execution in 5 AH, the Prophet ﷺ asked him why he had not heeded Ibn Kharrash, who believed in him, told Ka'b to follow him and sent him his salam, and Ka'b swore by the Torah that it was true.
