This unnamed chieftain of Banu Amir ibn Sa'sa'ah was invited to Islam by the Prophet ﷺ, who, according to Musnad Imam Ahmad, showed him a young palm tree come to him when called and return to its place. The chieftain accepted Islam on the spot, an example of an open-minded man for whom one sign was enough.
