Amr ibn Luhay al-Khuza'i was the chieftain of Khuza'a, custodians of the Ka'bah for over three hundred years, who first changed the religion of Ismail AS, introducing idolatry and superstitions to the Arabs and bringing an idol into Makkah, perhaps five centuries before the Prophet ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ said he saw him in the Fire dragging his entrails behind him.
